Project Manager

Based at: Head Office, Bourton on the Water

Reporting to the Head of R&D, the post holder will be responsible for;

  • Management of NPD/NPI projects carried out by the R&D department
  • Ensuring regulatory and QMS compliance throughout the product development process
  • Management of NPD/NPI projects from concept to launch
  • Planning and co-ordination of workload and available resources to meet business goals
  • Creation and tracking of project plans
  • Tracking and forecasting project expenditure

Education: PhD, BSc, HND, HNC or equivalent in a medical, scientific or engineering discipline.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of two years’ experience in a private sector role involving the manufacture of medical devices within a QMS (ISO 13485 and 21 CFR) environment.

An excellent grounding in MDD (MDR) and a good understanding of regulatory requirements is highly desirable.

A highly organised detailed planner with excellent communication skills. A completer-finisher with an analytical approach and problem solving abilities.

Project Engineer

Based at: Head Office, Bourton on the Water

Reporting to the Project Manager, the post holder will be responsible for;

Day to day management of NPI projects. Ensuring continued regulatory clearance of the existing product portfolio.

  • The management of new product development projects from concept to launch.
  • Maintaining and developing the department’s part of the QMS
  • Management of assigned Changes within the Company’s Change Management system

Education:  PhD, BSc, HND, HNC or equivalent in a medical, mechanical or other relevant engineering discipline.

Possessing a sound engineering knowledge and understanding of manufacturing within the requirements of the medical regulatory framework.

Conversant with MS Office including Access, MS Project or equivalent and Solidworks or other CAD.

Excellent organisational, analytical and communication skills are essential.

Design Engineer x 2

Based at: Head Office, Bourton on the Water

Reporting to the Head of R&D, the post holders will be responsible for;

Supporting the R&D department in developing high quality, innovative medical devices which recognise and meet our customers’ requirements, and are in compliance with the relevant regulatory requirements.

Working with the Marketing department to detail a clear Design Brief.

Provide concept designs and attend brainstorming sessions with the team.

Consider Design for Manufacture from the outset, working closely with suppliers, quality and production functions to ensure a robust Product Design is delivered.

Provide fully detailed production ready CAD files and drawings for injection molded and precision machined components.

Education:  PhD, BSc, HND, HNC or equivalent in a medical, mechanical or other relevant engineering discipline.

Possessing a sound engineering knowledge and understanding of manufacturing within the requirements of the medical regulatory framework.

Conversant with MS Office including Access, MS Project or equivalent and Solidworks or other CAD.

Excellent organisational, analytical and communication skills are essential.

Marketing Executive

Based at: Head Office, Bourton on the Water
Salary: £ Competitive

This position will support all functions within the Marketing department.  Responsibilities will include organising and co-ordinating the design, production and distribution of marketing and marketing support materials, assist in website design and content management, advise on competitor marketing actions and promotional drives and assist and manage the company’s presence at all exhibitions.

Applicants should have a Degree level qualification in Marketing, with proven experience in the design of high calibre marketing materials and website content creation.

Both national and international travel is a requirement for this role.

Assembly Assistant

Based in: Bourton-on-the-Water
Salary: £8.00 per hour, full time/part time/temporary and permanent positions often available
